새로운 사회에서는 모든 사람이 숙련된 체인지메이커로서, 계속해서 빠르게 기하급수적으로 변화하는 세상에서 적응하고 원하는 만큼 성장할 준비가 되어 있어야 합니다.
이를 위해서는 청소년, 부모, 교육자 모두가 성장뿐만 아니라 삶에서 ‘성공’을 정의하는 새로운 패러다임의 핵심을 잘 이해할 필요가 있습니다.
