Ashoka Switzerland is proud to share the inspiring collaboration between two Fellows, Christophe Dunand (réalise) and Frédéric Bardeau (Simplon). A year ago, the two social entrepreneurs met through Ashoka. They immediately realized that their respective work offered common ground for high-impact collaboration on the digital reskilling of unemployed individuals. Specifically, while réalise trains low-skilled adults to labour-intensive sectors and supports their recruitment, Simplon provides unemployed individuals with coding and digital skills. In November, réalise became Simplon’s Swiss franchise and launched its first digital training with a first cohort of 24 people. Christophe and Fréderic are planning to continue and expand their collaboration, including by scaling the digital training to the entire country.
