Young leaders in action: projects that shape the future
6 Lessons from Young Leaders: Insights for Shaping the Future
Youth Leadership for Emerging Future program building strong communities ready for the challenges of tomorrow
COOPERATION
Every problem seems smaller when you have the support of others. Together we can achieve broad impact, share knowledge and responsibility. Inclusive, local and collaboratively created initiatives allow us to act quickly in the face of a challenge.
SELF-AGENCY
Supporting others is not only about direct assistance, but also about empowerment to discover one's own strength. We want to build the belief that each person can influence their environment. We need everyone's involvement to solve the complex challenges of modern times.
WELL-BEING
By working together with others, we can relax and take care of ourselves, knowing that no one will be left without support. Enthusiasm and creativity are the sparks that begin the positive change - we make sure they don't burn out.
SUSTAINABILITY
With lasting relationships and a network of support, it is easier to maintain a positive impact and act strategically. When the community is sharing tools, resources and knowledge, there is a sense of security.

We extend celebrations to schools through educational project Velvet in Schools and honor active students with Jan Opletal Awards.
Our organization amplifies the voice of the younger generation, fostering a civil society where freedom holds true significance. My journey began in 2020 in the Dnipro when I decided to enroll in a project education school "Flight". Every Sunday, alongside friends and with guidance from teachers, we sought answers to fundamental questions: How to achieve human integrity? What is my dream? What is friendship?
It was with my friends and teachers that I came from Ukraine to Poland in April 2022. Dissatisfaction with my reality and a desire to take charge of my future shaped who I am today.
