In the scope of Youth Lidership For Emerging Future programme (run by Ashoka, Save the Children and Humanitarian Leadership Academy) four groups of young leaders from Poland, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia implemented projects that merge changemaking with humanitarian action. Their initiatives not only address current community challenges but also prepare them for future, unpredictable crises. The key lies in combining systemic approaches with the ability to respond rapidly in uncertain situations.

The article "A Humanitarian Lens on Young Leaders' Changemaking Initiatives" aligns these efforts with the Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS 2024), illustrating how existing initiatives uphold essential humanitarian principles. It highlights how young leaders are strengthening community resilience by ensuring transparency, effectiveness, and long-term impact in their work.
