Annie Chocron, was born in the beautiful city of Caracas and spent her childhood and adolescence there. She went to Northeastern University in Boston, MA to get her B.S in Economics. She is relocated to Miami and has been working at Spotify for the past ~5 years. She handles Strategy and Operations for the Podcast Business in Latin America, helping to develop the format while creating a profitable business for Spotify. She is all for being outdoors, playing sports and doing adventure activities! Her happy place is the ocean and if it's in Margarita even better.

Daniel studied to be a documentary film producer yet ended up leading the business side of one of the first augmented reality startups in LATAM. He has been both an executive from a Silicon Valley venture-backed company and a core part of cutting-edge R&D groups in subsets of the blockchain space, like ReFi (regenerative finance) and DAOs (decentralised autonomous organizations). He is currently the founder of Transience Labs, where they run technical experiments around human development, aimed at understanding the future of cities, governance, and interspecies communication, among other defining social factors in the coming age of space exploration.

Hector is philanthropy, tech and social impact innovator working to advance an agenda of inclusion and social justice. He currently leads efforts around economic opportunity across the Americas for Google.org, Google's philanthropic arm, where he oversees $200M+ in investments across the region. He has studied at Florida International University, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and UC Berkeley, and is actively involved in the Latino community, serving on the Board of Directors of Hispanics in Philanthropy, the Hispanic Federation, and several advisory boards. He resides in South Florida, and when he is not working, you can catch he at the beach, sailing or scuba diving.

Juan is the Executive Director of Plan Pais, a non-profit organization dedicated to link and connect the Venezuelan diaspora through a platform for the exchange of knowledge, talent and ideas. He has worked to change the narrative around migration and have focused in the study and management of diasporas, working to build high-impact networks incentivizing the two-way stream of value that migration flows bring. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business with a minor in Political Science from the George Washington University and a Master’s degree in International Trade and Investment Policy from the same institution.

Rennea is a creative entrepreneur who deeply respects curiosity, beauty, joy, and authenticity in her endeavours. She is launching an online service, Bilingual Kids Lab, that wants to impact the world by teaching children languages to make meaningful connections and be respectful and empathic global citizens. She has resided in San Francisco, CA, where she completed her studies in Design and Humanities before tech was a thing. She is an outdoorsy person who enjoys rock climbing and backpacking. Every year, without fault, she travels to Venezuela, hoping to make a movie of its music.
