The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is a Portuguese Foundation, established in 1956 and focused on fostering knowledge and raising the quality of life of persons throughout the fields of the arts, charity, science and education.

The Foundation has partnered with Ashoka since the first initiatives in Portugal, focusing specifically on promoting social innovation initiatives that identify and support young changemakers and foster the development of changemaker skills for youth.
