Os programas da Ashoka são construídos e desenvolvidos através de um trabalho de “equipa de equipas”. Investimos nas pessoas e nas práticas de empreendedorismo colaborativo, algo necessário num mundo em que todos podem ser agentes de transformação social positiva.
Em Portugal a Ashoka está a investir nas 3 prioridades, que acreditamos mais contribuirão para uma mudança do paradigma da educação, preparando crianças e jovens para adquirirem e desenvolver as competências necessárias para se tornarem agentes de mudança para o bem de todos.
Fellows Portugueses
Desde há quase 40 anos, a Ashoka tem sido pioneira na área do empreendedorismo social, descobrindo, selecionando e apoiando inovadores sociais alavancadores de grandes transformações sistémicas positivas, os fellows.
Hoje, somos uma rede global de mais de 3.600 inovadores sociais (Ashoka Fellows), 4 deles portugueses. Conheça-os.
Líderes de Educação Transformadora
Movimento de pilotos de criação de ecossistemas de aprendizagem transformadora, que mobilizam e alinham líderes de mudança locais a mudar fundamentalmente a experiência de aprendizagem para todas as crianças e jovens, de forma a que se sintam chamados e preparados para ser felizes no século XXI e contribuir para o bem comum.
Começámos com 9 escolas transformadoras e estamos agora a "tecer" e alinhar comunidades de Educadores Transformadores.

A Ashoka Young Changemakers é uma rede global de jovens transformadores que estão criando um mundo onde todos são capazes de fazer mudanças para o bem comum.

Teresa Seabra Pereira
Associate Director of Experience Design, Ashoka Changemakers
Teresa is trained in Human-Centered Design and Social Entrepreneurship, with a global work experience in social innovation over 13 years.
She founded a social and ethical brand in 2011, working with artisans isolated from markets, fusing their work with design and mapping traditional crafts, connecting bridges between isolated rural areas in Portugal with urban areas. She is an expert in designing programs for impact, has worked with social entrepreneurs in America, Africa and Europe. Currently she is the Associate Director of the Experience Design team within Ashoka Changemakers, where she focuses on engagement journeys design for impact and program design.

The House of Impact – Santa Casa da Misericórdia
The House of Impact is a program of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Lisbon, consisting of a platform for innovation and social entrepreneurship, promoting a series of initiatives in the scope of entrepreneurship. This platform is meant to support projects that put into effect impactful corporate responsibility policies and have social and environmental positive impact.
The House of Impact is a hub, that welcomes different entities sharing similar causes - a house open to the social impact community.
In this spirit, it welcomes Ashoka in Portugal, since 2019.
The House of Impact – Santa Casa da Misericórdia
The House of Impact is a program of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Lisbon, consisting of a platform for innovation and social entrepreneurship, promoting a series of initiatives in the scope of entrepreneurship. The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is a Portuguese Foundation, established in 1956 and focused on fostering knowledge and raising the quality of life of persons throughout the fields of the arts, charity, science and education.
The Foundation has partnered with Ashoka since the first initiatives in Portugal, focusing specifically on promoting social innovation initiatives that identify and support young changemakers and foster the development of changemaker skills for youth.
