Munveer S.

Munveer’s goal is to fix the problem of lack of exposure and mentorship by introducing leaders/mentors early on in a young person’s life. Through his work as a youth reporter, Munveer began to notice that the best part of an interview was after it was over and he got to talk to the interviewees person-to-person, off the record. Through this experience, he gained incredible exposure to diverse leaders from many different fields. Munveer wanted to be able to share this unique perspective with other youth in hopes of connecting young people to the many possibilities and paths that they could take in the world. So he founded Off the Stage, a youth-led organization linking students with company and organization leaders from various fields, in a casual manner, to hear about their journeys and experiences.
