He has successfully handled store operations before taking on the role of Customer Care Associate & Head HR position in 2008. He has served in a variety of leadership roles. Rao previously worked with PatniComputers, Reliance Retail and Total Hyper Markets. Under his leadership, Shoppers Stop won several awards and recognitions such as ”Great Places to Work”.
Gautam Golchha
Gautam Golchha is Founder and Managing Director of Silver Crest Clothing Private Ltd, South East Asia’s largest men’s tailored clothing manufacturer. Silver Crest Clothing manufacture for Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss as well as catering to premium clients on London’s bespoke Savile Row, among others. Gautam also founded Tailorman.com, India’ first omni-channel customized clothing brand. Gautam has a B.Sc. Economics degree from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta and A.A.S. Apparel Manufacturing Management, Fashion Institute of Technology, New York.
Harish Hande
Dr. Harish Hande is Managing Director of SELCO-India, which he co-founded with Neville Williams in 1995. Dr.Handeearned his Doctorate in energy engineering (solar specialty) at the University of Massachusetts (Lowell). He has an undergraduate degree in Energy Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. Dr.Handeserves on the boards of many organizations, both national and international. Under Harish’s founding leadership and vision, SELCO has managed to work for hundreds of thousands of underserved and forgotten Indians. He was awarded with the Ramon Magsaysay Award for 2011, named the Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 and is an Ashoka Fellow since 2008.
Jas Pooni
Jas Pooni drives C&A’s Sustainable Supply Chain (SSC) program across India & Sri Lanka. He is responsible for managing Social and Environmental Audits, Corrective Action Plan Management, Supplier Development Program, Capacity Building and Stakeholder. His work includes identifying and addressing challenges in laborand environmental conditions in C&A’s supply chain in India & Sri Lanka. Before joining C&A, Jas worked as Vice President for Retail Management at CapitaMallsAsia Ltd. He also gathered extensive experience in retail and CSR while working for Walmart for over five years.
Lewis Perkins
Lewis Perkins is a champion for sustainability. Prior to joining the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute, Lewis consulted companies both big and small on creating programs and awareness for environmental and social initiatives. Perkins led the green charge as director of sustainable strategies for the Mohawk Group, a leading carpet manufacturer and the commercial division of Mohawk Industries. His passion for nonprofitwork has put him in advisory and leadership roles with EarthshareGeorgia, The Green Chamber of The South, The Captain Planet Foundation and Sustainable Life Media.
Lucia Nascimento
Lucia Nascimento is a senior director for Manufacturing LaborExcellence & Innovation for Nike. She previously held the position of Apparel Inventory Planning Director and Global Footwear lab director while working for Nike for over 14 years. She is a supply chain and operations leader with experience managing large global teams through strategic changes and S&OP. Before joining Nike she worked as a Management Consultant for IBM and Accenture. Her consulting experience included work at Cisco, Symantec, Warner Brothers, Disney, Rede Globo and Motorola.
Neelam Chhiber
Neelam has for the past three decades worked with artisans in rural and urban areas, by providing design, technical and marketing solutions to bridge the urban-rural divide. She is WomenChangeMakersFellow for 2013. She won the L’OrealParis FeminaWomen Awards 2012 in the Social Impact category. She is the Schwab Social Entrepreneur of the Year for India in 2011. She is a member of India Design Council and Global Agenda Council, India. She is a board member of Action For India and AIACA. She is also an alumnus of Social Impact International, the Global Social Benefit Incubator, Santa Clara University, and the Harvard Executive Programme.

Neeleshis a Partner in A.T. Kearney’s Consumer and Retail Practice and leads the Lifestyle Practice for Asia. He has 25 years of diverse consulting and industry experience across apparel, textiles, retail, luxury, lifestyle, and other sectors. His expertise covers strategy & operations, understanding the Indian/Asian consumer, retail market dynamics, and the operations and supply landscape. Neeleshhas also actively worked in social impact, including education and advising NGOs in textiles, crafts and adoption.

Sejal Shah Gulati is the Managing Director and President of Time Inc. India, a subsidiary of Time Inc. Prior to her current role, Sejalwas the VP of Business Outsourcing in New York, where she set up the plan for transitioning work to India. Before Time Inc., Sejalwas a Senior Manager for Business Development for American Express in New York City. Sejalis currently on the Global Alumni Board of Harvard Business School.
