Pauline Picho Keronyai
Pauline Picho Keronyai is an experienced public health specialist with a focus on community-based health interventions. She is the Executive Director of Nama Wellness Community Center in Uganda, where she manages a team of 100 professional Community Health Workers (proCHWs). She has introduced Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Groups (IPT-G) as part of the CHW service package, and 700 women and girls in the community of Nama sub-county have benefited from this approach. Additionally, Pauline is involved in a program that uses a human-centered design to cultivate compassion in workplaces to promote compassionate engagement with service beneficiaries.
Christie Civetta
Christie Civetta has over a decade of experience working in organizational strategy and partnerships in global development, health, and technology. Her work has cut across numerous sectors, including a deep background in mental health working as a counselor, building digital tools for therapeutic interventions, and consulting on privacy and data security implications. She currently operates as a consultant, supporting socially-minded organizations like Dimagi to build upon their programmatic strategy, secure funding, and expand their impact.
Lauren Magoun
Lauren Magoun is the Senior Health Strategy Specialist at Dimagi. She researches and develops new strategies to improve access to quality mental health care globally through digital tools. Her work includes building partnerships with funders, academics, and implementers to advance these and other innovative research efforts toward impact. Prior to joining Dimagi in 2021, Lauren directed innovative,results-focused quality improvement projects at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and the National Institute for Children’s Health Quality (NICHQ). She served in both project and operational roles, partnering with funders, subject matter experts and families to design and deliver projects that improved MNCH outcomes. Lauren also has been a human resources researcher and consultant in the not-for-profit and technology sectors.
