Diana Wells, Ashoka President recently sat down for an interview at the Department of State to share why she believes change is possible.
"What we find to be the biggest barrier in changemaking is that people don't give themselves permission to make change. 50% of the world believe that change is not possible. Part of what makes my job so much fun, is that I can't believe that. Because everyday I'm encountering people who don't believe that. They are also enacting and proving that again and again. Our strategy of making social entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurship visible is to come against that perception that change is not possible."
