Federica joined Ashoka in January 2020. She is the Finance and Operations manager for the offices of Switzerland and Italy. She holds a Master of Public Administration from HEIP | INSEEC in Paris and a Bachelor in International Economy.

She has developed a large part of her career in the humanitarian and third sector,  before Ashoka she joined the EU AID Corps in Central Africa then worked in a humanitarian company accelerating the response of actors in the field through technological innovation.She has also devoted her life to volunteering, advocating as president of an Association of people with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, and in the Italian Confederation of Parkinson's associations.Born in Italy and raised around the world, she speaks fluent English, French, Spanish and Italian.
