Naomi P.

Naomi, like many youth, struggled to find her passion, attempting various extracurriculars and hobbies in search of the path that was right for her. While she enjoyed and cared about many of the possible careers she pursued, they were not things she was truly passionate about. Until she landed on entrepreneurship. After experiencing firsthand the lack of equity and discrepancies in our education system, Naomi was specifically interested in how it could be used to empower youth to be successful entrepreneurs in the field of their choosing. From this idea, EntrepreYOUership was born. EntrepreYOUership is a by-youth, for-youth global nonprofit organization that works to widen access to education, financial literacy, business management, and public speaking. It does this through workshops, investing in local leadership, and co-designing programs with its global partners. Naomi hopes to continue to expand EntrepreYOUership over the next few years by enhancing her curriculum, building apps and web games, and increasing outreach to universities and colleges.
