Ashoka Hungary, in collaboration with the Science Shop and researchers at Corvinus University of Budapest, launched a 12-month research project in January 2022 to address relevant issues affecting social enterprises.

As a first step, we explored the lack of research data based on the opinion of researchers familiar with the sector and according to the relevant literature.

After collecting researcher’s answers and compiling literature review, stakeholders of Hungarian social enterprises were asked within a questionnaire to select the two most relevant topics to be researched.

These two topics were examined by smaller research groups in the framework of 6-month mini-researches between 2022 March and December.
